What GitShop Does
GitShop helps you run storefronts through GitHub repositories. Customers place orders through GitHub issues, and checkout is processed through Stripe.

To use GitShop, you may need accounts with third-party services, including GitHub and Stripe.
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining access to your accounts and keeping credentials secure.
Seller Responsibilities
If you use GitShop to sell products, you are responsible for:
- accurate product listings, pricing, and shipping details in your repository configuration;
- fulfillment, shipping, support, and any obligations to your customers;
- compliance with applicable laws, taxes, and consumer protection rules.
Prohibited Use
You may not use GitShop to:
- violate laws or regulations;
- sell prohibited or unsafe products;
- interfere with, abuse, or disrupt the service.
Fees and Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. GitShop does not store full payment card numbers. You are responsible for your Stripe fees, chargebacks, and disputes related to your sales.
Service Availability
GitShop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GitShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of GitShop after updates means you accept the revised terms.
